Why can't I find my size?
- When your size is not available it has run out of stock or the item is not produced in your size.
- Our account holders can sign up to receive our fantastic newsletter and be the first to hear about our amazing new lines, sales and latest offers, but you can choose not to receive this if you prefer. Or visit us on our Facebook Site.
Are the items true to size?
- Yes all items are true to size. Please also have a look at the size chart or measurements in the item description.

Where can I find my order?
- After checkout success you will get a confirmation email. Of course you can also view your order history of previous orders.
Can I add another item to my order after completing the checkout?
- Of course we can add items to your order once it has been placed but not dispatched. Please feel free to contact our customer support.

What methods of payment do you accept?
- Whatever's easier for you! We accept Bank-Transfer/Payment in advance (only for European Union), PayPal and DIRECTebanking (only for Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz, Nederland, Belgium, Great Britain). Take your pick! If you’re lucky enough to have a Stilikone Gift Voucher, you can use this too!.

How long will delivery take & how much will it cost?
- We aim to get your new items to you as quickly as possible.

- DHL PAKETE International Premium take priority and are always transported to the destination country by the fastest means possible.
- Deliveries to EU and Rest of the World will reach you within a maximum of 10 business days once your order has been placed and payment has been authorised.
Where can I track my order?
- We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Your email will have a link to the courier and your tracking number. If you’ve created an account, sign in to check the status of your order and to view up to date tracking.
- If you don’t receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, or for help with tracking your order, please get in touch with us by email or by phone, quoting your order number, and we’ll be happy to track the order for you.

What's your returns policy?
- We have an unconditional return policy on all unworn items purchased. Customers have a 14 days money-back guarantee. Please can you ensure returns come in their original condition (with original packaging and tags). Once we have received the item back, we will refund the full purchase price. Unfortunately no delivery charges are refunded unless the goods are faulty or were listed incorrecly by us.
